Pre-Competitive Summer Dance
The Dance Unit is looking forward to welcoming new and returning students for this Summer 2024. We are offering a six-week session Pre-Competitive Classes in tap, jazz, hip hop and more!
Summer Pre-Competitive Classes are recommended but not required to be on a 2024-2025 Pre-Competitive Team. Our 2024-2025 Pre-Competitive Teams compete at one regional competition in the Spring with the option to compete at summer nationals.
Six Week Session Classes: July 8 - Aug 15
KG-3nd Grade
Pre-Competitive
1 hr 15 minute tap and jazz class for dancers considering joining one of our 2024-2025 Pre-Competitive Teams. Previous Recreational dance experience required. Age is based on what grade you are entering for Fall 2024.
Tap and Ballet or Jazz Shoes Required.
Mondays 5:00-6:15pm
$80 Tuition for 6 Week Session
Acro/Tumbling
45 minute class to learn beginner/intermediate acrobatic tricks and techniques. Previous Recreational dance experience required. Meets once per week. Age is based on what grade you are entering for Fall 2024.
No Shoes Required
KG-3rd Grade: Mondays 4:15-5:00pm
4th-6th Grade: Wednesdays 4:15-5:00pm
$65 Tuition for 6 Week Session
Private Lessons
Interested in scheduling technique privates for during the summer? A sign-up genius will be made available later this spring. Private lessons are a great opportunity to receive individual attention and learn new skills! Private lesson rate is $30 per half hour.

Tennis Shoes Required

$65 Tuition for 6 Week Session
Additional Information
Tuition is due in full before the first day of class.
There is a $10 discount on class tuition for a second and/or third sibling within a family.
If the same Pre-Comp dancer is registered for two classes (ex: tap/jazz and hip hop), there is a $10 discount on the second class tuition.
